Based off of a Georgia Police Ghost unit, this pack started as a 2016 Dodge Charger and sprouted into the super ultra mega pack that it is now.

I released these on this day as a tribute to the victims of 9/11. It's an upsetting day for some families, individuals and communities. This is my way of supporting you. God bless.

For some reason people need to know how to install this. I have a custom game and DO NOT install over the default vehicles.

But here is a way to install...

Using OPENIV, navigate to: GTA V/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchdayXXng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf and drop the .ytd and .yft files in there. The ELS VCF for this vehicles goes into "Grand Theft Auto V/ELS/pack_default PatchdayXXng stands for the latest patchday folder, which would be Patchday19ng by the time I'm writing this.

I highly suggest using these as ADDONS. I do not replace vanilla cars in my game so I am unsure of how to replace vanilla vehicles!

Vehicle looks great so far, but how in the world do you retexture Chargerwindows to 0% opacity? (Invisible, like clear clean glass?) In detail please? Because I am ready to just use the car already, everytime it gets dirty, the window turns back into a tint

Still wondering if anyone else has the front visor lights and all lights in the back a very light blue and then a few are darker? How can I make them all darker the light blue is too light.

There is a texture in the YFT called "charger windows" or something like that. Just edit the texture.

Yes, some of the lighting is running off of a different texture file than others. I will be fixing that when I get a chance to come back to this car.

I did see windowcharger or whatever in the yFt file, In openIV I didnt see any way to edit it except turning ON alpha background, I have yet to load GtaV and see if it fixes it or at least makes it transparent w/out changing...

That is the texture you'd have to edit to see any change in the window tint.

awesome, so how would I go about editing it? what program? I dont see an option anywhere in OpenIV to edit this...

Hey boss man. i absolutley love the car. By far my favorite charger on lspfr. But do you have plans on changing it so we can use our own skins cause i really want to use my sheriff skin on this car but with the reflections you just cant see it.

Download the newest version. I added a none-reflective variant and I believe there is a template included.

Thanks for the response man. i went back and looked and i just overlooked the non reflection. this car is now by far my favorite out of all my cars. it looks amazing with my skin. shout out to a sick ass car

I installed this and the skin and lights are all jacked up (see screenshot)...I tried installing into Albo's modding folder, but also tried patchday19. ELS xml file is placed in the pack_default directory. Am I supposed to edit any files  (carvarations, vehicles, etc)?

I kept them as charger and chargerless. I think I needed to add an entry in vehicles.meta to get it to spawn.

If you did that then yes you have to add the sample Vehicle.meta lines from Albos file.  Copy the police3 string from <Item> to </Item> and Change to charger and chargerless.

 

Change modelName, txdName and gameName to whatever your vehicle is. 

 

overwrite this Into this spot 12 lines down to read like this (<audioNameHash>POLICE</audioNameHash>)

And Dont Forget to add to carvariations as well.
