Based off of a Georgia Police Ghost unit, this pack started as a 2016 Dodge Charger and sprouted into the super ultra mega pack that it is now.

I released these on this day as a tribute to the victims of 9/11. It's an upsetting day for some families, individuals and communities. This is my way of supporting you. God bless.

For some reason people need to know how to install this. I have a custom game and DO NOT install over the default vehicles.

But here is a way to install...

Using OPENIV, navigate to: GTA V/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchdayXXng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf and drop the .ytd and .yft files in there. The ELS VCF for this vehicles goes into "Grand Theft Auto V/ELS/pack_default PatchdayXXng stands for the latest patchday folder, which would be Patchday19ng by the time I'm writing this.

I highly suggest using these as ADDONS. I do not replace vanilla cars in my game so I am unsure of how to replace vanilla vehicles!

Just rename and put in latest patchday.  Make sure to rename the ELS xml as well

I don't know if it just my game, but I noticed with the new updated verison the visor lights are not as bright as they used to be... Any one else notice this?

yes you can rename to whatever you want. I have mine in Police4

If you have a trainer just clean vehicle in vehicle options or use this

    That little mod is one of the best I have ever found. Now I just wish there was one for your peds clothes, without opening the trainer.

    Tinted windows are a texture. I believe it's called Chargerwindows, or something along those lines. Just re-texture it to be something less than 95% opacity 😛

    no read me when you upload a mod it tells you to put a read me do i change the name of the car to police 1 2 3 or 4 or fbi fbi2 or leave it as charger ?????

    You put it for whatever slot you want. It doesn't matter. I don't install over the default vehicles, I use custom vehicle names.

     

    Using OPENIV, navigate to: GTA V/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday4ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf

    and replace the POLICE3 vehicles with the charger variant you want.
