Loosely based on the Duluth, MN "Mental Illness" Charger paint scheme, this is the  LSDP "Obey & Survive" Black and Blue Edition livery.

To install, just rename this file to 'chgr_sign_1' replace the 'chgr_sign_1' file within the .ytd file for TheHurk's Dodge Charger model (https://bit.ly/2aU5XvD). You can also get the model from East Coast Designs (https://bit.ly/2qV9wZH)

Alternatively, you can also add it as an additional livery.
