So, long story short, Niles Ohio is not too far from us and I started making textures for the departments in our area. Niles PD doesn't have any Chargers in their fleet, but that didn't stop me from adding a one-off version.
To install, just replace the 'chgr_sign_1' file within the .ytd file for TheHurk's Dodge Charger model (https://bit.ly/2aU5XvD). You can also get the model from East Coast Designs (https://bit.ly/2qV9wZH)
