A Michigan State Police Swift skin, I did the best I could *Also added MSP across the bottom*

 

I don't know if it works on the stock swift, I would imagine so but I used model files from a template pack I downloaded

 

Installation: Replace swift files with the files provided, under -mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday4ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf  after the files have been replaced  then open swift.ytd and replace ther_sign_1 with MSP Swift.png **it should be set correctly already but make sure it is set to: Pixel format DXT5, Mipmaps 10.**

Done!
