NYPD and LCPD Light Blue Uniform Shirt Mod by NYPD98

After many hours of hard work, I present to you this mod which adds a real boost of quality and realism to GTA IV.

The light blue or powder blue uniforms were an era in themselves, adopted in 1972 and changed in 1995 by Commissioner William Bratton who felt the jelly doughnut and pizza stains on the shirts caused the public to view the Police Department in a "slovenly condition". PLEASE!

I myself wish that these uniforms were the standard of NYPD today, but like the saying goes: "All good things must come to an end".

As I state in the Install.txt along with installation instructions, I encourage you to further edit these uniforms and share them with the LCPDFR community. JUST GIVE CREDIT TO ME!

I think you should tone down the colours a bit, they look too vibrant. Also interesting note in the description - is that really why they changed to light blue?

    Amaing, very nice! Could you make, as Double Dopper stated, make the shirt less sharp, and perhaps the pants darker? And maybe include an LC version too?

    I love the old NYPD, but I like to keep my game Liberty City, just New York based.

    Excellent job on this, though I agree with what the previous commenters have said; the color is a bit too vibrant compared to what the powder-blue uniform actually looked like.

    I suppose I could work on a short sleeved version-but I am not sure how much darker I can make the pants. The hat is a question mark.

    im getting ready to play this game soon as i get me a gameing pc and i have made my own police cars and i want to make my own police officers uniforms to go with the police cars instead of useing the the liberity city police shoulder patch and there badges
