Actually i grew up in San Juan, Puerto Rico. I did get your Message and i will be fixing it over this week along with  new badge, and will redo textures. 

Actually Puerto Rico Police was NOT plan to upload it, I uploaded a LSPD Texture is based from Policia De Puerto Rico. 

This nice design i see here.
