Install 2016 FPIS(Detective), 2010 CVPI(Justice Lightbar) and 2013-2015 FPIU(Slicktop)
If you will switch slots, remember to change the els file name as well.

Replace all files(except xxx.xml) in GTAV Root Folder/(Mods)/update/x64/dlcpacks/[latest patchday]
/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf/[whatever slot the car is in.ytd]

Delete all xxx_sign [except xxx_sign_1]

Place xxx.xml in GTAV Root Folder/ELS/pack_default
