There are 2 types of riot trucks in this file, one is based on the London Met's water cannon,
the other is based on other parts of UK.

I tried to allow multiple liveries to be used both in the vehicles.meta and caravariations.meta so that
both textures can be used at the same time but it's been 2 hours and I still can't get it to work
so I gave up, you still have to install the caravariations file tho, otherwise the texture will
look weird.

/dlc.rpf/common/data/caravariations.meta with the one provided

This is my first texture made, hopefully you like it xD 
This car was based on the game that is known as the poor man's GTA, APB:R, this texture was the starter car for APB players and now I've brought it to GTA! :D
