A 2014 Charger with a similar lighting setup would be an amazing addition!

Cant find a dev model of 2014 Charger :/

I will probably make Silverado or 2006 Charger

Love the models and everything, just not sure if I'm doing something wrong! Using ELS there is no stage 1 or stage 2 lighting set ups - only stage 3. Something I'm doing wrong or is that intentional? Cheers!

Hey not sure what's going on, but every time I install this pack my game crashes. As soon as I remove all the files my game is able to boot up just fine again.  I'm trying to install the red and blue lights and I add all the necessary files plus add the line to dlclist.xml.  I'm pretty sure I'm doing everything right so I'm not sure what the problem is.

But you just need to put these files to the lastest patchday. You don't need to do anything in dlclist

According to the installation instructions you have to add the line <Item>dlcpacks:\bcsopack\</Item> to the dlclist.

Make sure you have ELS installed.

1. Choose which light setup you want, all blue or red and blue.
2. Launce OpenIV. Enable Editing Mode.
3. Navigate to: (root folder)update/x64/dlcpacks.
4. Place bcsopack in the directory. If OpenIV imports only dlc.rpf, please create a folder named bcsopack
   and place it into the directory. Place the dlc.rpf into bcsopack.
5. Navigate to: (root folder)update/update.rpf/common/data and export dlclist.xml to your desktop.
6. Open the xml file with Notepad.
7. Add this line:
   <Item>dlcpacks:\bcsopack\</Item>
8. Save and close.
9. Replace the old dlclist with the new dlclist.
10. Navigate to: (root folder)/ELS/pack_default

If the windows appear to be black:

1. Launch OpenIV.
2. Navigate to: update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5.
3. Open vehicles.meta
4. Go to the police4 line.
5. Replace the diffuseTint value to : <diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" />
6. Close and save.

Go to Grant Theft Auto V/ELS/pack_default and put there that XML file so your lights work

Yeah I just downloaded this file and it was a different one then the one I had.  Well there is another download out there that looks just like yours.  Apologies for the confusion.  However, when I added your cars my game doesn't crash but the Charger vehicle's texture is all off. It looks like some weird green color.   Any help with that?
