 **NOTE: This is a texture pack, not a model pack. If you do not install the explorer model the texture will not work

1. Open OPEN IV and follow this path mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>patchday4ng>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>vehicles.rpf
2. (OPTIONAL) In the vehicles.rpf, search police3
3. Return to "2014 Brantford Ontario Explorer Pack" and choose one of the three textures
4. Drag and drop both files into the vehicles.rpf from earlier
