Do not sound condescending now, but is it possible that your texture comes from a slightly different form of @BradM (Richland) Blaine County package?
the guess is I'm the logo used and the color difference between your used font in the texture

You are correct. Modified the description to reflect this. The logo and text were pulled from Rangerz's FPIS and modified to fit onto Tahoe texture. All authors are listed in credits

Has someone made the k9 livery tho like this? I wouldn't know just throwing it out there because the Richland co sheriff tahoes look amazing

I didn't see one for the willrs Tahoe so I just put together a quick one. Not the best but just for people to use if they prefer the lore friendly cars
