[ELS] Richland County Sheriff's Department Pack 2.1.0

FOR THOSE THAT HAVE INSTALLED BEFORE, I RECOMMEND THAT YOU REINSTALL ALL VEHICLES AND ELS VCF'S THAT ARE IN THIS UPDATE

(As seen on Live PD) this is the 2016 Ford Police Interceptor Sedan, CVPI, Ford Police Interceptor Utility, and Chevy Tahoe from Richland County, S.C. For a while I was using BradM's Richland County-based BCSO skin pack, but I found the amount of cars with just a lightbar and no pushbar lacking so I taught myself modeling and put this together.

The files are named "RCSD1.___" but obviously you can rename it for whichever slot you want; I just have it that way since they are added vehicle for me.

I live in Richland County, and these are great! Their fleet is mostly Interceptors like these. I will say that the font is a little less bold in real life, that or I would space them out a point or two.

The lightbar on the tahoe does not light up. Already tried changing tint so idk. Fix?

Sorry got it all fixed now. Went into the meta and changed the tint that way. No other complaints great pack!

I tried making a richland county deputy the other day to replace the default cop, but I must not really know what I'm doing with peds bc when it didn't crash my game, the torso would float in the air separate from the rest of the body

With all due respects to what you have created I would have liked too seen a youtube video of the lights flashing as well as pictures where the emergency lights are not sitting on still mode.

If you're talking about the cars being named "rcsd#.___" then just rename it for whichever slot you want, or install it as add-on vehicles like I do.

I believe the best way is to use albo's modding dlc mod. Should be easy to find

I tried making good uniforms before, but that ended with a torso floating in the air in front of the legs and head. What you see in a couple of the pictures is just a quick photoshop over an eup texture; even that doesn't look that great because in-game the texture gets stretched and distorted so things don't look right.
