am a bit curious, what is or does a Fugitive Recovery Agent? is that something like one of the security depositors or one of the state ?! the 1 to 1 translation does not make sense.

A Fugitive Recovery agent is somebody who looks for people who are out on bail by a bail bond company for something they have done and got arrested for. If they miss their court date they get a warrent and then the Fugitive Recovery Agent comes in and arrests them. If you want to see what it is like there is somebody on YouTube named Patty Mayo who is a Fugitive Recovery Agent and you can see what he does.

oh so okay thanks for the info, with me in Germany or Europe, there is something not at all, there are no similar people or units, would be illegal with us.

There is no uniformed state police in Europe like the Highway Patrol or similar. that with the separation of powers into as many hands as in America, there is only with you. with us there is the police responsible for everything, motorway in the countryside and in the city without city limits jurisdiction. with the difference of the uniforms and vehicle paints which can be completely different from district to district there is also not with us, uniform and appearance of the vehicles is unified and only minimally differs from state to state. The police are also subject to the state in Germany and not to you as the individual counties or municipalities. the differences are so huge, is a cutting topic just in the beginning where I've been busy because it runs absolutely different in Germany / Europe than in the US
