when you make skins for cars you have to have plates for them so unless you are gonna rip the plates from a texture that

someone else has done you have these in a folder that you can copy them to your texture and they are most likely blank

so you can put your own numbers on them................so after looking at these they are not for use for making textures they replace your existing plates my bad

@wantedelf you're welcome to have the .png files for the plates and transparent text layers if you want to make your own.  Let me know, I'll send you a PM :)
