[4K] Pierce Quantum Fire-Rescue L. A. F. D. Skin 1.0.0

Hello Everyone,

TopCop72 here...

I created a skin to match my other EMS/FIRE Los Angeles Fire Department skins for OFFICER GOETZ Pierce Quantum Rescue Vehicle. It is 4K quality so it's kind of a larger file skin. To install using OPENIV, access both of the YTD files seperately, drag and drop the PNG skin into place. This it and you should be all set.

I also included my lighting pattern set for the ELS version. The skin itself will work for both versions.

All credits for the vehicle go to Officer Goetz.
