I made a revised Computer Plus for those that have a ultrawide monitor where the standard screen doesn't fit when you engage Computer Plus ingame. Its standard and universal for any department you are playing with.
 
Just copy, paste and rename which one you want to replace or like me, all of them in the \Grand Theft Auto V\plugins\LSPDFR\ComputerPlus\backgrounds.
 
You must have the program LSPDFR Computer+ Installed in your plugins

This is my Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Boat
 
With the file now downloaded, simply replace the standard Predator Police Boat with all 3 files located here using OpenIV into the latest Patchday Folder (update\x64\dlcpacks)
 
Then open up each file, one at a time HANDLING.META and VEHICLES.META, and replace with the information located in each xml file.
 
Once that is all complete, you are set.

My thoughts on a Los Angeles City Fire Department Lifeguard Rescue Vehicle....

To install simply, download his vehicle pack
 
Now select the topper and make sure all files are name {lguard.***} including YTD and YFT files.
 
Using OpenIV install the lguard files in to the latest patch folder vehicles.
 
Once installed open the YTD with OpenIV in edit mode and drop all the files in the LGUARD folder then save.
 
Next go to your ELS folder in GTA V and find the default folders and drop the XML file there to makes the lights and reflections work.

I am a huge LAFD Fan and since @medic4523 has created some fantastic vehicles. Per request, this is the LAFD Ford F-450 skin for Medic4523 Utility Truck.
 
SImply download the vehicles(s) and install them using OPENIV. Then come to this folder on your PC once unzipped and replace the .YTD file in OPENIV from the specific folder. This will change skin to LAFD and also this light from red/blue/amber to red/red/amber, save and you are all set.
 
XML ELS file is also included.

There are 4 fictional skins included in the upload, a LAPD, FBI and (BSCO and LASD)
 
You add all files or whichever one you wish. Simply change the filename or replace the existing skin(s).
 
If you want to have all, rename the remaining file you want accordingly and make sure you have added 'FLAG_HAS_LIVERY' to the FLAGS in the vehicle.meta of the RIOT located in the "GTA V\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5\vehicles.meta" or your MODS folder if you use one using OPENIV.

The is a basic, no thrills, not perfect CHP skin for @Thehurk 2013 CHP Harley-Davidson Electra Glide and @HDgamerzPC Palm City Police Department. Just an updated CHP version I threw together. This skin for this AWESOME bike. And no I'm not into the newer sport bike stuff.
 
To install simply install the vehicle as normal using OPENIV. Once installed, open the YTD file, pick which version, rename to harley_sign_1.png, then just drop the skin in and save... That's it!!..

I simply took the original skin and remade it Lore-Friendly for US game play. It's truly nothing fancy but it work.
 
Simply replace the HELI-SKIN in the YTD file using OpenIV.

TopCop72 here is a quick put together L.A.F.D. skin for @downcoldkiller Pierce Arrow PUC.... Simply down the file, extract the texture and replace it in the YTD File of the Pierce Arrow PUC using OPENIV and done.
 
There are 2 to choose from, both are close to being authentic. One is straight white line the other has a curve.
 
To help with clarity, change the MIPMAPS once you have installed the skin from the standard 11 to 1 or 2.

I created a skin for the majorpaine2015's FALCON RADAR GUN for use with Albo1125 Traffic Policer 6.14.1.2. I added a screen since it was blank to add some more realism to the gun while using it.

I created a skin to match my other EMS/FIRE Los Angeles Fire Department skins for OFFICER GOETZ Pierce Quantum Rescue Vehicle.  I received several complaints that the quality wasn't up to par so I made a 4K version with a Tribute to FDNY on the truck.
 
In this Version there are two textures for each department. One with pained doors and one with metal doors for:
 
Los Angeles Fire Department
Los Angeles County Fire Department
Los Santos Fire Department
 
To install using OPENIV, access both of the YTD files separately, drag and drop the PNG skin into place. This it and you should be all set.
 
All credits for the vehicle go to Officer Goetz.

Here is the LAFD Scania Fire Rescue Pumper, 2015 Fire Rescue Medic and a ESU Rescue Truck Texture Pack. I modified the textures to be use in the Los Angeles region. I was bored with the standard fire engine so I decided to revamp this London engine and add to match the 2015 Fire Medic Ambulance and 2015 Fire Rescue Squad.
 
The fire truck is by BULLDOG Designs, ambulance is by DownColdKiller and the ESU/rescue truck is by t0y. All credits for the vehicles go to them.

So I was trying to think of an skin I haven't seen done much of with GTA V Los Santos. So as I remembered my favorite TV Show Emergency!, I remembered the Ambulance Service they used... So after doing some research and finding some old pics, I created the old school Mayfair Ambulance on a modern 2015 Ford Rescue Medic truck...

I wanted a vehicle that I could used at the airport and the ports, but not be a regular police vehicle. So I seized the opportunity with this vehicle because it wasn't like other police vehicles. I replaced the DILETTANTE2, since it naturally spawns at the airport anyways and changed the ped associated with the vehicle in the VEHICLES.META file and changed the handling, although not perfect yet. I then created a universal skin for both port and airport. Along with PNWParksFan Custom Backup, it now spawns must of the time to create a realism in the way I have it setup.
 
IT NOW INCLUDES BOTH A LOS SANTOS AND A LOS ANGELES SKIN.....................
 
I've included some simple instructions to replace the DILETTANTE2 slot with the vehicle.

Today present the Los Angeles Fire-Rescue skin and lightbar change if you so like it for DOWNCOLDKILLER's 2015 Ford Rescue Medic Ambulance. To install skin, simply replace in both the YTD files on either vehicle (with or without the lightbar). To change up the lightbar with the red-blue version. Simply replace with the one provided in both the YTD files for the Med2 w Lightbar. And replace the AMBULANCE.XML file in the ELS default folder.
 
That's It... Simple as pie and clear as mud....
