The JPEG in this mod physically hurts. This requires A LOT of work.

I also don't see where the skin comes into this. If this indeed is a pack for both uniforms and cars, I'd split them, because packing them into one download would break this rule:

That's my advice. Learn how to do better textures instead of rushing them out - it'd be the most helpful hours you can get.
