1998 Ford Crown Victoria Taxi 1.0

Is this an add-on? If not, could you make it into one?

Its not an addon, If a taxi is an addon you can't use it as a taxi.

I already have a good taxi but I want to use this too as a second. In fact how many taxis have in the game? I remember in GTA IV they were two. If you make add-on version people could use as part of traffic car, not service.

It isn't ELS, just a regular taxi.
