hmm looks like you are right. I have them placed correctly in zmod. I'll look into it and update if I figure out the issue.

Export the png, open in Microsoft Paint, Paint.net, or photoshop and delete everything but the plates, then import it into the ytd.

Other than this,

This vehicle is awesome.

Temporary work around, delete the dirt file out of the .ytd (but then you wont have any dirt)

Are you using Natural Vision or have Radiance V installed?

Yes, Natural Vision had dim lights so installed Radiance V Lights were Bright in the other modded police vehickes but yours.

Plus red lights were amber so I'm uninstalling NVR right know and installing Visual V + Radiance V only.

Yeah. Oddly enough at certain times during the day cycle with NVR it washes all my lights out. Really annoying issue.

Well yeah, that's why I uninstalled it, Red to Amber, No Bright lights. It's a pain in the ass

You should add a spotlight other than that awesome

I'm having an issue where even though I have the vehicle clean, the rear window is blacked out completely preventing the rear lightbar from being seen. The same thing is happening to the light mounted on the pushbar, its completed black and no light can be seen from it. I tried reinstalling but no luck.

You can fix this by going in OpenIV, go to update>update.rpf>common>data>levels>gta5, open vehicles.meta with notepad, press CTRL+F, search pranger, go to the line "diffuse tint", change the value to "0x00FFFFFF" and save it.

All blue lights for this? 

Were you every able to find why the take-downs shine down under the Tahoe? Great model other than that!
