Indiana State Police

I tried to get it as close as I can. But I know for a fact that the light set up is right I see them almost everyday so it would be hard to mess up lol. As far as the lights go I used only what I had that looked close to it. There also different in every county

It's possible but from what I've heard from 2 different friends who live in IN, they're pretty uniform from county to county.

Besides wheels, what are you basing your rating of his 'work ethic' off?

They are indeed very different depending on the location. Here in the northern Indiana in the Bremen post, the chargers are for the most part exactly like the above picture. They don't use mirror beams and have not seen any with alpr's. However in the Indianapolis area ive seen them with everything from mirror beams to side runners and everything in between. Indy also uses alpr's. The versions with the light bars use the arjent sl on the older cars and the federal signal legend on the new cars. I would encourage you to continue to improve on what you have. I'm from Indiana and I would love to see a full ISP pack with the vic, charger, and Tahoe in slicktop and light bar versions.

I was originally going to do some of the equipment as extras but with the way els is I decided not to. So I will try to improve it maybe even do an isp pack because I have quite a few cars done already.

Is it just the screenshots or in game are those ALPR textures off. I know the ALPR's aren't supposed to be a light grey like that so from what I see in the screenshots, your probably have a specmap on the texture that needs to be removed or changed. I mean I could be wrong since I haven't looked at it in the game so please correct me if I am just blind lol.

Just also noticed the antennas are a wacky texture. I suggest looking at Turtlegods Dev antennas and switch to those and hopefully that should fix the texture issue with the current antennas. If you are using the ones from the "DEV police accessories pack", just a heads up that whose don't work. As I already said you should look into some other ones such as Voodoo's on gtav-mod-center and TurtleGod's ones on here.
