The title is not misleading  It says Texas DPS Texture Pack.

now what he quoted at the bottom about the rework 

for ELS.... Then yeah there is no ELS when it comes to textures 

they are two different things and one has nothing to do with

the other.....BUT THE TITLE IS STILL RIGHT.......TEXAS DPS TEXTURE PACK 1.0.0

Initially, I wrote "[ELS] Texas DPS Pack", then I changed the title.

Gotcha I missed it when you first uploaded it. 

OK, now it's clear. So now go chill out y'all. 

New guy here, How exactly do I apply this skin? I've tried doing it in openIV but I think I am doing something wrong.

I figured it out. Yes, they worked great! Just not a fan of the charger model. Still buggy. Keep up the great work. Thanks
