Hello again LSPDFR Community I know this is not a Texas state made vehicle but its more of a request! This is just a simple request by another fellow Communty member that was looking for someone to skin a Pawtucket police
vehicle out of Rhode Island State.

Don't forget to

@lieutenantdan Could you send me a pic of your texture directory in OpenIV and let me see what I can do for you!

yea ill try 2 get one on here. installed it over my police2 slot instead of reg police slot as you had it (turns out theres like 4 locations of police2 files) after I found what I think is all the police2 locations and switched the files the car shows up in game. I then went back into the locations edited ytd and removed the 6 skins that came on the car and imported your skin to all the paths where I added the car. still only getting a white car in game. ill try to get a screen shot on here in a few I'm thinking changing it to my police 2 slot may have something to do with it but not sure. I'm just starting lspdfr and modding in general so I'm not great at this yet.  @Captain A.Brandon

@lieutenantdan I see the source of your issue, the third screenshot you sent me. It shows the texture file PawtucketPolice_sign_1, when you put it in I'm guessing you imported texture file rather then Changing the existing one that was already in the file. try replacing the vehicle files with a clean version, then try redoing it by changing the existing file instead of just importing it straight from the zip file.    Just make sure, to keep the six skins with the texture directory and only change the first skin should say something like  -------_sign_1.

I hope this fixes your issue!

how do you change the existing file without importing? make the name of your skin to match the name of the 1st skin on the car to overwrite it? very new to this sorry if I'm asking stupid questions. @Captain A.Brandon

I think I got it the skin is showing up on the yft file now I never saw the replace button the only way I knew to do it was import. thanks for the help hopefully it will be in game now if not ill let you know. @Captain A.Brandon

@lieutenantdan

I would have to go in and look, but I believe if you select the texture file that you want to change, then import I believe it will work but Again I would have to go in the program to look.
