Whelen Edge Emissive Retexture 1.0.0

This file is to retexture the emissive for the 98 Crown Victoria with Whelen edge lightbar. It is ment to give more of a realistic look of the strobe head shining through the lense as these usually flash white inside the lenses. It also retextures the white takedowns and alley light emissive to have a yellow tint which most older lenses get from a combination of a halogen bulb and oxidation on the light cover.  The red side has a major improvement with little change to the blue side giving it about an even look.

To install, just copy the texture into the vehicles texture file.
