Los Santos Highway Patrol Texture (CANCELED) 1.0.0

This isn't the best texture I have done. All I really did was rush through it. I will make a different version of this. Its only version 1.0, but there will be one update to this and will be version 1.1. I hope you guys enjoy it, but for now this is all I have. Again this is sloppy and might not be the best because I rushed through it. Now since I have Christmas/winter break, I will be doing more textures. The next one will most likely be a Tahoe.

- I will fix the things that says "Highway Patrol" to "Highway Police"

- I will fix the little highway police letters on the side to highway patrol 

- I'm going to get rid of the highway patrol letters on the trunk 

- I will overall make it nicer
