x64e.rpf > levels > gta5 > vehicles.rpf

Alternatively you can use the 'open search' feature of OpenIV to find the files.

well it came out really good :D

im not sure how modelling works but im sure you can just take half the garbage truck rear the default trashmaster and smash it together with this one maybe it wouldnt take too long :)

Did you place FLATBED..xml in the ELS pack_default folder?

Did you check the flatbed.yft and flatbed_hi.yft to make sure it replaced correctly?

yea na, all g did something wrong, I now, good job of truck, awesome.

Nice looking flatbed, ive downloaded it hopefully I'll have time today to use it

Is there a template for this?

This looks great! Are you considering making a flatbed with the standard cab?

Do the lights work without ELS? If not, could you make one that works without ELS? Looks really good! Can't wait to try it out!!!

The doors are mapped and a template is included for them.

If you're asking if the bed is movable, unfortunately GTA doesn't really have anyway of making this possible.

No, one the reasons I make this was to work with ELS-V, I don't plan to do a non ELS version.

 Over at gta5mods.com there is a flatbed that operates. If you want to use this one. You can attach vehicles using menyoo.

Use a trainer to set the colour.

Well it should have random colours as it is, the livery is transparent so the colour of the truck is really dictated by the game or you by using a trainer. If you want to edit the colours the flatbed slot uses then you'll need to edit the carcols.

Just curious if the bed raises and lowers and you are able to attach vehicles.  If so, I can video show case this.

This is an issue with the towing script you're using, not the model. You need to consult the manual for the towing script you're using, it may require configuration file changes or may not support flatbed style tow trucks.
