Since there isn't many caprice ppvs out i'm releasing this. It has the code 3 solex lightbar and can be used as a sliktop. This car comes els lighing equipped but is optimized to use with default lighting.It comes with working windshield wipers If you are using my animated cvpi then there's no need to use the carcol in this file for it uses the same one. To install this vehicle place it in the patchday4ng vehicles.rpf file and enjoy.

Side Note: if you decide to use default lighting, please set your sirensetting to 13 in your carvariations.meta file.

You have to change the sirenSettings in the carvariations.meta.

 

To do so, open OpenIV, copy the mpchristmas2 to your mods folder. Under update / x64 / dlcpacks / mpchristmas2 / dlc.rpf / common / data you will find the carvariations.meta. Rightclick => Extract. Open the Extracted file and add this code:

It means you may have place the vehicle in a slot that uses a different sirensetting. You would have to change the siren setting to 13 in your carvariations.meta file to fix this.

The reason for that is because i was making the spotlight able to turn up and down on command but then changed my mind.

I followed the instructions and used OpenIV to add the 4 vehicle files to patchday4ng vehicle files. I did not do anything with the carcols file. The vehicle shows up for police3 but the lightbar is messed up. The lights are not even close to being as bright as in the video that's in the first review on this page. Also, lights are floating out in front of the vehicle.

What ever slot you place the car you have to change your sirensetting to 13 in your carvariations file to fix it. As far as brightness, it depends on your graphics settings. turn your postfx and shader settings up to they're highest settings and maybe use radiance v.

Well as an option the lightbar is an extra so you can play without it.

since every page is overflowed with charger and slicktop and tahoes this seems different and i like it except i am not so sure if it will work with police 2 and if its els compatible keep up the amaizing work

Great car. 

 

There were only a few things that I think should be better.

Better lightbar patterns (Most look pink, and the others don't alternate, just flash at the same time)

Less white overall. Too many white lights in the front.

 

Amazing vehicle!

 

(I used sheriff slot for this vehicle, so for anyone wondering, it does work in that slot)

Do you also have the animated windshield wipers mod installed? I do not yet the right wiper is in the upmost position and I cannot move it.

I like it and if you want the Template it is in the 2015 Chevy Caprice model here (i think, it matches this model's skin, so do not quote me on this lol) . Also I love that the ALPR modules are extra 8, means i can just make them disappear via a trainer if i want them gone. I will be using this in my Civil Security Police pack eventually. Right now it is in lssheriff3 slot added by RDE sheriff pack. Thanks for the new vehicle and not making it super christmas tree-y, i hate those vehicle models, IMHO lighting should go only on top, in windows (front or back), in grilles, or on the quarter panels; or a balance between all those places, hideaways are nice too.
