EUP Menu is a carefully-built menu for the popular Emergency Uniforms Pack modification.

EUP Menu allows you to easily apply EUP clothing to your MP peds. It also includes a character creator exactly like GTA Online's character creation system. You can edit, save and even share your favourite characters. Making your own awesome police officer has never been easier.

Don't like the predefined clothing options? The wardrobe feature has got your back. You can create and save your own outfits with ease.

Sunny day? Why not put on some shades.
Hate your face? A mask solves everything.
Sarge not giving you that promotion? Screw the system. Stick that patch on and promote yourself.
Want to relive Die Hard? Throw on a vest and a helmet. It's time to kill some terrorists.

What happened to the Accessories menu?:
As EUP grew, the Accessories menu became more and more outdated, and wasn't able to fully encapsulate all EUP has to offer. It will be completely revamped and brought back in a future menu update.

Requirements:
1) RAGE Plugin Hook 0.37+
2) RAGENativeUI 1.8.1+
3) EUP Law & Order 8.3

4) (Optional but highly recommended) EUP Serve & Rescue 1.5

Installation:
1) Place RAGENativeUI.dll into your root GTAV folder (if you don't already have it).
2) Extract the contents of Plugins in the archive into your GTAV Plugins folder.
3) Open the RPH console in-game (default F4) and type "LoadPlugin EUPMenu.dll" (without quotations).

Note: If you are upgrading from a previous version of EUP, please make sure to delete presetoutfits.ini in the Plugins/EUP folder before running the menu. This will allow it to generate the latest presetoutfits.ini file. Your custom outfits may need some adjusting for EUP 8.3, but your saved characters will work fine.

Updated RPH dependency to 1.86.1288.16169 (minimum 0.37 required).
Updated RNUI dependency to 1.8.1 (minimum 1.8.1 required).
Updated menu for EUP 8.3.
Organized agencies into subdivisions, particularly those with larger amounts of outfits.
Added the ability to toggle DLC and install checking off in settings.ini.
- To do so, add the following to your settings.ini:

[FLAGS]
SkipInstallCheck=true
SkipDLCCheck=true
```
- The install check looks to see if EUP Law & Order / EUP Serve & Rescue are installed. If you encounter issues with the install checker, you can set SkipInstallCheck to true like above.
- The DLC check looks to see if your game is up-to-date and has the latest vanilla DLCs. If you encounter issues with the DLC checker, you can set SkipDLCCheck to true like above.
Updated easter eggs.

I cant even get it to show up in the rage hook menu I followed everything to the letter but for some reason it doesn't show up it does in my game directory. I try the f4 in game it wont show and f11 doesn't work no idea what to do.

Usually an indication for a bad install. A fix is to do the plugin part first. (MENU) Insure your mod folder is clean and reboot your system. Then open OPENIV, install Law and Order. EXIT OPENIV and then reopen to install Search and Rescue.
Weird I know, but I have had issues with EUP before where that completely allowed me to run it after with no problem and no need to ever fix unless I remove LSPDFR and put it back later.
You basically have to have a clean for sure install and open and go on duty one time to get it to kickstart. No idea why but it seems to occur to a few I know.

Hello, can anyone help? When I try to load up EUP in game it makes my computer restart, it says (your device ran into a problem and needs to restart) BUT THIS ONLY HAPPENS IF IM CONNECTED TO WIFI. EUP will load up perfectly in game if I'm in offline mode... I have everything up to date and cant find a solution anywhere

Hello, i solve the problem, u have to shift click on ragepluginhook and activate the plugin from eup menu in the program, later u have to press f11 in game, not the f4 in console.

I am trying to install this pack but in game it doesnt show up and I am sure it is in the Open IV EUP folder correctly ive reinstalled and deleted it twice now. I can get the SD state trooper campaign hat but nothing else appears in game, can anyone help?

Also someone was saying the pack is outdated but I'm not sure how that has anything to do with it.

I have the menu, LO, and SR installed, yet every single time that I go into the game and hit F11, the menu will crash and not even open. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the menu, the RageNativeUi, and more. I feel like I have done pretty much everything and nothing is working. Please help.

I have been having the exact same issue, unfortunately. I coped with both the plugins folder and the RageNativeUI.dll file multiple times but it crashes no matter what.
I installed both EUP L&O and EUP S&R using the OpenIV Installer. Any ideas?

Found a fix for the above. It turns out the RageNativeUI.dll that comes with EUP Menu is outdated hence why it crashes. Below I attached a ZIP file that contains a RageNativeRAGENativeUI.zipUI.dll that works for me.

Pretty sure eup menu wouldn't lie if you don't have it installed correctly.

Hi so I get an error when I try to load the EUP Menu.

So it says that patchday3ng is not in the dlclist.xml but as you can see in the screenshots it is in the dlc.xml file both in the mods folder and original game files.

I installed NVE, maybe it conflicts with that.

Have someone an idea why this is so and how to fix it?

The patchday3ng folder was not completely copied over to the mods folder.

EUP menu keeps crashing when i try to open the menu. It loads the plugin, but when i try to open the menu the plugin crashes. It uploaded the RPH log, maybe that will help.
