EUP Menu is a carefully-built menu for the popular Emergency Uniforms Pack modification.

EUP Menu allows you to easily apply EUP clothing to your MP peds. It also includes a character creator exactly like GTA Online's character creation system. You can edit, save and even share your favourite characters. Making your own awesome police officer has never been easier.

Don't like the predefined clothing options? The wardrobe feature has got your back. You can create and save your own outfits with ease.

Sunny day? Why not put on some shades.
Hate your face? A mask solves everything.
Sarge not giving you that promotion? Screw the system. Stick that patch on and promote yourself.
Want to relive Die Hard? Throw on a vest and a helmet. It's time to kill some terrorists.

What happened to the Accessories menu?:
As EUP grew, the Accessories menu became more and more outdated, and wasn't able to fully encapsulate all EUP has to offer. It will be completely revamped and brought back in a future menu update.

Requirements:
1) RAGE Plugin Hook 0.37+
2) RAGENativeUI 1.8.1+
3) EUP Law & Order 8.3

4) (Optional but highly recommended) EUP Serve & Rescue 1.5

Installation:
1) Place RAGENativeUI.dll into your root GTAV folder (if you don't already have it).
2) Extract the contents of Plugins in the archive into your GTAV Plugins folder.
3) Open the RPH console in-game (default F4) and type "LoadPlugin EUPMenu.dll" (without quotations).

Note: If you are upgrading from a previous version of EUP, please make sure to delete presetoutfits.ini in the Plugins/EUP folder before running the menu. This will allow it to generate the latest presetoutfits.ini file. Your custom outfits may need some adjusting for EUP 8.3, but your saved characters will work fine.

Updated RPH dependency to 1.86.1288.16169 (minimum 0.37 required).
Updated RNUI dependency to 1.8.1 (minimum 1.8.1 required).
Updated menu for EUP 8.3.
Organized agencies into subdivisions, particularly those with larger amounts of outfits.
Added the ability to toggle DLC and install checking off in settings.ini.
- To do so, add the following to your settings.ini:

[FLAGS]
SkipInstallCheck=true
SkipDLCCheck=true
```
- The install check looks to see if EUP Law & Order / EUP Serve & Rescue are installed. If you encounter issues with the install checker, you can set SkipInstallCheck to true like above.
- The DLC check looks to see if your game is up-to-date and has the latest vanilla DLCs. If you encounter issues with the DLC checker, you can set SkipDLCCheck to true like above.
Updated easter eggs.

I've already tried deleting my mods file, creating a new one, reinstalling EUP into openiv, then reinstalling eupmenu, and still get the same error...

My issue was I hadn't copied in the RageNativeUI as I thought this was included in RHP (which it isn't). Make sure that file is in also.

So I reinstalled EUP because I thought something was messed up in my game entirely and well turned out it was me overlooking. So I installed everything and it works. But when I go to edit the outfit and then save it crashes.. Can I get some help? I've googled and once I find something I click and the post isn't there so google been arch nemesis tonight. I appreciate any feedback.

I'm confused. I installed EUP Menu and I also installed Law & Order and when I start the game up and load EUP it tells me that Law & Order isn't installed yet... And when I change my dude's on duty uniform its a bunch of mix-matched clothes that don't make sense together. What am I doing wrong? I did notice that EUP Menu says it requires L&O 8.0 and the new version is 8.1..? Does that have anything to do with it?

What happen to the EUP Config Settings Downloads? Is that why there uniforms dont spawn in the locker room and AI's dont spawn with the uniform on?

yes the configs changed and a new one needs to be used. the old one needed to be updated so it got taken down

need some help here! I reinstalled EUP Menu, L&O and S&R but when i try to load the EUP Menu it tells me that EUP L&O isnt installed. I tried installing it over and over again but it doesnt work

The update just happened and when i go to press f11 nothing i popping up and i checked rage and see if it was there and it was there i went back in to the game and it still happing

Same issue as the above user. Here is the error relevant to the EUP menu:

I also at one point was getting an error saying that EUP wasn't found however EUP is definitely loading in properly from LML as I can see some of the custom uniforms in the normal loadout selection. I just cannot open the EUP menu anymore since the last GTA update. I have tried reinstalling ALL the EUP stuff including the basic and ultimate config packs. I have both L+O and S+R EUP packs installed via LML. All that has changed is that I am now on the new GTA version. It worked fine in the previous version and I didn't change anything and none of the EUP files updated since then.

Also tried on the Unofficial LSPDFR Discord and EUP discord and nobody on either Discord could figure out the issue. Makes me think it may be a bug or problem relating to the new GTA version.

I've got EUP Menu and L&O(8.2) Installed. I can't change the textures of shirts or anything etc. I've tried Num 4 and 6. Normal 4 and 6 and nothing works. Does anyone know how to fix this?

So I installed the EUP L&O 8.2 and the EUP MENU 2.2.1.0 and when I go in game to use it the meu doesn't pop up, is there anyone that can help if there is please do so. Thank you.

Yo, just want to know is it up to date with LSPDFR 0.4.8 and is this addon the only i need? (EUP 8.2 addons, not rage etc.)

Umm a error for the eup menu popped up for the first time for me in a fresh reinstalled gtav and it said one or more dlcs are missing and also said something about mpbattle like what is that please help!
