EUP Menu is a carefully-built menu for the popular Emergency Uniforms Pack modification.

EUP Menu allows you to easily apply EUP clothing to your MP peds. It also includes a character creator exactly like GTA Online's character creation system. You can edit, save and even share your favourite characters. Making your own awesome police officer has never been easier.

 

Don't like the predefined clothing options? The wardrobe feature has got your back. You can create and save your own outfits with ease.

Sunny day? Why not put on some shades.
Hate your face? A mask solves everything.
Sarge not giving you that promotion? Screw the system. Stick that patch on and promote yourself.
Want to relive Die Hard? Throw on a vest and a helmet. It's time to kill some terrorists.

 

What happened to the Accessories menu?:
As EUP grew, the Accessories menu became more and more outdated, and wasn't able to fully encapsulate all EUP has to offer. It will be completely revamped and brought back in a future menu update.

 

Requirements:
1) RAGE Plugin Hook 0.37+
2) RAGENativeUI 1.8.1+
3) EUP Law & Order 8.3

4) (Optional but highly recommended) EUP Serve & Rescue 1.5

 

Installation:
1) Place RAGENativeUI.dll into your root GTAV folder (if you don't already have it).
2) Extract the contents of Plugins in the archive into your GTAV Plugins folder.
3) Open the RPH console in-game (default F4) and type "LoadPlugin EUPMenu.dll" (without quotations).

 

Note: If you are upgrading from a previous version of EUP, please make sure to delete presetoutfits.ini in the Plugins/EUP folder before running the menu. This will allow it to generate the latest presetoutfits.ini file. Your custom outfits may need some adjusting for EUP 8.3, but your saved characters will work fine.

Released

  • Updated RPH dependency to 1.86.1288.16169 (minimum 0.37 required).
  • Updated RNUI dependency to 1.8.1 (minimum 1.8.1 required).
  • Updated menu for EUP 8.3.
  • Organized agencies into subdivisions, particularly those with larger amounts of outfits.
  • Added the ability to toggle DLC and install checking off in settings.ini.
    • To do so, add the following to your settings.ini: 
      [FLAGS]
SkipInstallCheck=true
SkipDLCCheck=true
    • The install check looks to see if EUP Law & Order / EUP Serve & Rescue are installed. If you encounter issues with the install checker, you can set SkipInstallCheck to true like above.
    • The DLC check looks to see if your game is up-to-date and has the latest vanilla DLCs. If you encounter issues with the DLC checker, you can set SkipDLCCheck to true like above.
  • Updated easter eggs.

Hi guys, 

 

I saved an LSPDFR off-duty outfit as an EUP custom wardrobe outfit as well via the EUP Menu. How can I allow my backup cops to use this outfit? I assume I have to put it in the LSPDFR EUP XML files such as "outfits_lspd_eup" in the format corresponding to the image (spoiler) below.

How do I convert it into the XML format needed to apply it to LSPDFR backup outfits? Or can I somehow directly use the EUP outfit name “femalereduc” in the lspdfr outfit parameter of the XML files such: <Ped chance="6.7" outfit="lspd_jacket">mp_m_freemode_01</Ped> (I tried this but it did not work quite well)?

 

I am not new to editing XML files and have done it extensively before for LSPDFR customization and more; I just need to find the correspondence between EUP outfits and LSPDFR ones to get my LSPDFR backups to use them as well. Can anyone shed some light about this; I'd appreciate it! Thanks.

@PieRgud it needs an update. after rockstar's update trying to use this menu its causing failed zlib call crashes to desktop. i won't be using it until its updated.

i ended up getting mine working if any of you have trouble getting the menu working, i first tried to reinstall the eup menu which didnt fix the issue but after reinstalling eup law and order 8.1 in OIV which is what i used it fixed the menu.

The key to bring up this menu is F11. Why is that not mentioned anywhere on this page or in its documentation?

    when I get into the game and press unload all plugins the game says its not responding and then it ask me if i want to wait or close the program i thought it was ragenative but no its eup menu

    So EUP Is causing issues? my entire issue was I could not get passed the loading when I selected "Go On Duty", It loads for a second, freezes and exits to my desktop..
