EUP Menu is a carefully-built menu for the popular Emergency Uniforms Pack modification.

EUP Menu allows you to easily apply EUP clothing to your MP peds. It also includes a character creator exactly like GTA Online's character creation system. You can edit, save and even share your favourite characters. Making your own awesome police officer has never been easier.

Don't like the predefined clothing options? The wardrobe feature has got your back. You can create and save your own outfits with ease.

Sunny day? Why not put on some shades.
Hate your face? A mask solves everything.
Sarge not giving you that promotion? Screw the system. Stick that patch on and promote yourself.
Want to relive Die Hard? Throw on a vest and a helmet. It's time to kill some terrorists.

What happened to the Accessories menu?:
As EUP grew, the Accessories menu became more and more outdated, and wasn't able to fully encapsulate all EUP has to offer. It will be completely revamped and brought back in a future menu update.

Requirements:
1) RAGE Plugin Hook 0.37+
2) RAGENativeUI 1.8.1+
3) EUP Law & Order 8.3

4) (Optional but highly recommended) EUP Serve & Rescue 1.5

Installation:
1) Place RAGENativeUI.dll into your root GTAV folder (if you don't already have it).
2) Extract the contents of Plugins in the archive into your GTAV Plugins folder.
3) Open the RPH console in-game (default F4) and type "LoadPlugin EUPMenu.dll" (without quotations).

Note: If you are upgrading from a previous version of EUP, please make sure to delete presetoutfits.ini in the Plugins/EUP folder before running the menu. This will allow it to generate the latest presetoutfits.ini file. Your custom outfits may need some adjusting for EUP 8.3, but your saved characters will work fine.

Updated RPH dependency to 1.86.1288.16169 (minimum 0.37 required).
Updated RNUI dependency to 1.8.1 (minimum 1.8.1 required).
Updated menu for EUP 8.3.
Organized agencies into subdivisions, particularly those with larger amounts of outfits.
Added the ability to toggle DLC and install checking off in settings.ini.
- To do so, add the following to your settings.ini:

SkipInstallCheck=true
SkipDLCCheck=true
```
- The install check looks to see if EUP Law & Order / EUP Serve & Rescue are installed. If you encounter issues with the install checker, you can set SkipInstallCheck to true like above.
- The DLC check looks to see if your game is up-to-date and has the latest vanilla DLCs. If you encounter issues with the DLC checker, you can set SkipDLCCheck to true like above.
Updated easter eggs.

im getting an error where it says one or more dlc can't be found, and the game is up to date. any idea how to fix this?

So when i use this EUP and the rest of the EUP Plugins, the other cops have like some clown suits on and i really don't wan't patrol with these cops that look like that. Can anyone help?

I have a problem when the game is fully loaded, in the console rage plug hook writes this
"EUP Menu: The following DLC (s) are not present: mpchristmas2017, mpassault, mpbattle, patchday17ng, patchday18ng, patchday19ng, patchday20ng, mpchristmas2018.
EUP Menu: Click here for your dlclist.xml in /update/update.rpf/common/data/ contains contains for those DLCs. "
I have a pirated GTA version 1180, lspdfr 0.3.1 and a rage plugin hook 0.57, all the above-mentioned modes, namely “Eup 2_2_1_0”, “Eup l_o” and “Eup c_r” are set correctly

@PieRGud The wardrobe function works brilliant and I like the presets, however where for males the Character Creations works fine, for females it's not as good. Make-up does not stay applied (lipstick, blush, Makeup) and are not editable. Also the Hair styles are named wrongly and some are missing.

I've really crashed ...

I have installed all of the following:

LSPDFR Installation Tutorial

Emergency uniforms pack - Law & Order

Emergency uniforms pack - Serve & Rescue

EUP Menu

LSPDFR EUP Configurations

When I enter the game, I encounter the following error:

EUP Menu Error One or more required dlcs are present. Refer to the game console (default f4) for more information.

Open the RPH console in-game (default F4) and type LoadPlugin EUPMenu.dll

Eup Menu: the following dlcs are not present; mpchristmas2017, mpassault, mpbattle, mptchday17ng, mptchday18ng, mptchday19ng, mptchday20ng, mpchristmas2018.

Eup Menu: Please answer ensure your game is up to date and your dlclist.XML in /update.rpf /data / contains entries for those dlcs.

sometimes the menu will load in and other times it wont.

NUMPAD 4/6 or RB/LB (if using Xbox One controller; I'd imagine it's R1/L1 if using PS4 controller)

once you've installed EUP Menu, EUP - Law & Order (mandatory) and EUP - Serve & Protect (optional, recommended), press F11 (default) to bring up the EUP Menu.

so my eupmenu.dll deletes itself when put in the plugins folder, does this happen to anyone else?

Menu is not working at all. Even after a clean install. Uniforms work for the peds and on duty but the menu does not.

Tried loading it manually and it tells me i do not have eup law and order installed...but i do

Hopefully this issue gets resolved.

HELP!!! I don't know what happened. I was playing earlier and everything was fine, now when I loaded it up just now it won't load.

Everything else loads except for the EUP dll file, like it delete itself during the loading screen.

I read the Rage Plugin File and it says it couldn't load because it had a virus or a unwanted software which is BS cause I've been playing for months and didn't have this issue, now all of a sudden this pops this up and I haven't changed anything except for updating the LSPDFR+ files.

I reinstalled EUP Menu and the dll file multiple times but keeps saying the same thing.

Here's my Rage Plugin Log...

@demetrius1215 @p8n8r and anybody else experiencing the self-deleting DLL issue.

I'm unsure of why this only affects certain machines / versions of Windows, but (in very simple terms) when a DLL behaves in a certain strange, unexpected way, the Windows DLL loader could raise the red flag and throw this error as a means of exploit prevention. It deletes the file with no recovery option. Seems to be a flawed yet well-intended security feature. I'm not sure what advice to give - maybe someone with better knowledge of exploit mitigation could shed some light on whether it's possible to disable this feature for the time being?
