1) Download the tow truck https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/ford-s331-towtruck-us-plates 
2) REPLACE my arm, front and rear skins in the .ytd file included with this ^^^^^^ file 

Note: I realised my tow truck was the UK version but will still work with any version US & UK
