always when I stop the wheels turn, is it because "basic vehicle actions" or something?

This I believe was SirenMastery, long before ELS was ever released. Not much use now

Uh, no? Siren Mastery (used) to be for Non-ELS cars. So, yeah, if it did work, it would very much have a use as its basically a non-els els.

thats how it works, but if you just start moving the vehicle forward or reverse its gonna be normal like how gta works, when you stop the wheels will turn right or left depending which "A" or "D" key you last used.
