COMMON QUESTIONS

Q: Why aren't my lights bright?
A: You do not have light-enhancing mods installed. Download RadianceV and/or other mods that increase emergency lighting brightness.

Q: Will you please help me ins--
A: Did you read the readme? No? Sorry, can't help you. Yes? Then ask here.

Q: I dont have Patchday9?
A: Then put the car in your latest pactch day, or copy patchday9 over.

Q: Why does my game crash after I install the car/meta/carvar?
A: I don't know, it works in my game.

Q: Will you send me ______?
A: No.

Q: Can I take the CHP skins and make them SAHP?
A: Go for it, BUT YOU MUST GIVE CREDITS TO WINDOWS446. If you don't, god help your soul.

Q: Did this take a long time to make?

PACK NOTES
=================================

-This is probably one of the most comprehensive packs that i've ever made for GTA, and one of the most comprehensive ever made for CHP

-It features aroujnd 10a vehicles and a huge thanks to OfficerAMR for making two versions, one where they are mainly addon vehicles, and one where
they replace the default vehicles.

- Another huge thanks to Requiem for taking all the beautiful screenshots for me, and also always helping me with the small annoying bugs that come up
with the models from now and again.

- I'd like to give another shoutout to the numerous people who helped me with the pictures and specs of the actual vehicles. There are too many people tom
list but, they know who they are.

- There are a few vehicles that I didn't include like the 2015 expedition and the 2013 tahoe.

- There are alot of vehicles to choose from, so i mean you're more then welcome to use all of them.

- As with all my models, let me know if there is any bugs or issues with the models, please let me know!

No problem. When you play next, reinstall the mod completely and then place the gameconfig in update>update>common>data and you should be set to go

I think you both missed my previous post about what the issue was with the vehicles not spawning. :P

If the issue was still crashing on "loading and populating world", I think I linked to a gameconfig.

Did you see stienburg say that if youre trying to spawn the policeold then you need to put a 1 infront of the vehicle files.

Hi i tryed to install the add-on version, it only had carvariations and vehicles.meta for hwaycar7 so that was the only model i could spawn.

Its the game config thats causing all these issues. I remote controlled another users PC and he couldn't spawn anything until the config was installed

The only thing that doesn't spawn ATM is the f350 on the replace version.I will be uploading the fix soon

Hey Hurk, great work! I followed the instructions and when I installed the expedition I noticed one of the brake lights (and the emergency light on one brake light) was dimmed. All other lights looked great, just a few issues with the rear brake lights. Is this a mistake on my end?

P.S I'll try to add screenshots later tonight if needed, but I'm not at my computer at the moment.

I know what youre talking about, i believe i fixed it in the updated version i sent to AMR, which will be updated soon.

@Thehurk In the replacement portion of the download, you have the CHP explorer listed twice as two different files. I put them side by side and there were no differences. Also, I've noticed that I'm missing the white slick top Crown Vic. That was not in the replacement files.

It may have been a mistake in the creation of the file.We have a brand new format for the replace method that was supposed to be in the original release, making the replace method, A LOT easier, and you are also able to replace singular vehicles by itself.

I believe in putting the Explorer twice you accidentally didn't include the white slicktop Vic. I messed up when installing the cars and had to do it twice..I have 10 cars from your pack, 1 a duplicate (the Explorer), but I don't have the white slicktop vic.

The white slicktop vic is actually the same model as the slicktop vic, the rambar is an extra, chrome spotlights are an extra and the slicktop vic has a second livery.

where do I install the carivations and vehicles meta if I want to replace sheriff and sheriff2. Do i just replace the file or cut and paste the carivations and vehicles meta into the old files? I can't get the addon version to work dispite following the instructions as close as possible . When I install the to carivations and vehicles it crashes the game.

Chances are you don't have anymore space for more standalone vehicles (assuming you already have a lot). A page or two back I believe someone posted something that should help and give you more space if you don't want to replace the Sheriff vehicles.

If you are replacing default vehicles, you should be able to cut and paste.
