Improved Police Bike [ELS] 1.1

A customized TBoGT police bike that uses new dome lights and ELS mapping - DRO3 primary lights type.

This bike is compatible only in TBoGT and while using ELS IV v8.5 mod. I never tested this bike outside this platform, though.

Although you may say, you can replace compatible police vehicles that has DROT capability with this police bike, you CANNOT carry more passengers, and laptop position is bugged when you are stationary and pressing the key to use the police computer.

I do recommend to ADD this vehicle (only in IV or TLAD) if you are playing LCPDFR, to prefer a more realistic gameplay, OR while you have Bike Patrol mod installed:

ATM, rotator lights are bugged (emissive textures are visible even though I have put the invisible extras in them), current reason is unknown. I'm still trying to chase the issue.

Took nearly 3 to 4 months chasing this issue and now I've finally found it. What caused the flashing emissive texture when the engine is on is that the extra part placement which is like the pyramidal hierarchy in ZModeler. A useful tip from me is that if you want to design a law enforcement vehicle mod that implements ELS DROT ability, place the extras (extra_1 and extra_2) right on top of the object that has emissive textures on.

I'll be releasing the next mod in the near time as a hope for an early Christmas gift. :thumbsup:

extra_1 and extra_2 are placed after siren_glass1 and siren_glass2 objects
Those are placed first after the siren_x objects that has rotators
Above fixes the bug about visible emissive textures which I can't find out why

Thanks @OfficerDeal. I had to postpone creating and uploading the enhanced police vehicle ones since my family was having a holiday trip at Bali on 4^th July. I was hoping to upload the mod while I was there, but the internet is sh*t. I have to wait for the right time to upload my mods before going for another mod proposal. Right now I'm continuing to develop the flight simulator mod that was postponed because of modding tools lacking. Check my blog posts when you have time; I do updates when needed.
