Fixes the default generic design of the Police Interceptor (Police3) to use the same livery as it's Stanier and Buffalo counterparts.

 

Fun fact: No matter what you do to the Police Interceptor; it's still ugly.

    It showed up correctly in OpenIV, but not in game. I wonder what I did wrong.
