Its have compatibility with any callouts. This mod just changing the buildings, signs, etc. Sounds wasnt modified.

I can't download it because in the insctrions is telling me to go to RCA in OpenIV and I don't have RCA in there. But is it safe to download this in my game? It won't crash my game?

just drop "rca" folder from .rar that u downloaded into "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/"

and edit the dlclist at "update.rpf/common/data/"

openiv asi and scripthook is required for every mod for this game, u probably haven't installed it. Also make sure u edited dlclist in update.rpf

probably not most of the stuff changing are Little things u probably wont even see u would have to buy the patreon version "if there is one" for updates to be important
