There are 2 files named the same, which is the updated one????

I also got this error when downloading

Is there a clear lightbar version?

It's the 5mb version.

Also, if you put this model in police3 the cars textures are all black. Lights aren't working properly either.

There are different lighting settings for diffrent cars. see this article for more information. 

The carvarations also have different interior settings(also in the article). e
