/////Instalation/////
1. open OpenIV
2. Go To GameDirectory\mods\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
    OR (If You Are Not using The Mods Folder)
    Go To Gamedirectory\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
3. Locate the Vehshare.rpf File
4. Replace it with the Vehshare.rpf file in the zip file
5. Close OpenIV And Start GTA5!

Use The Trainer/LSC To Change Plates

Do Not Redistribute or publish elsewhere without my permission. (Because I HAND MADE all The Plates.)

Plate1: California Plate (Febuary 2017 Tags That Will Be Updated a Month Before They Expire)
Plate2: Black California 1960 Plate (Febuary 2017 tag That i Will Update When it expires.)
Plate3: Blue 1980 California Plate (1969 Tag(The Plate Was Optional at the time so Chronologicly correct))
Plate4: Yellow Old Time 1950 Plate (1960 Tag)
Plate5: Ca Exempt Plate (No Tags... DUH.)
