This is a PA (Pennsylvania) License Plate texture for GTA V License Plates. This is my first texture and I hope to do more soon! This is nearly identical to real PA license plates! It does not include the state logo in the center since I cant edit GTA V default spacing. I hope you like this and that I can do more in the near feature, if you like it please give a five star rating and if you have any questions or comments please post them below!
Steps
Download the texture
Go to OpenIV and travel to GTA V/x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf/vehshare.ytd
This will replace file PLATE01
All further instructions are in the readme file
