This is a Washington State License Plate replacing the Yankton Plate, its pretty simple yet good looking. There will be no readme included because I am lazy.

 

Instructions:

1. Install OpenIV

2. Open OpenIV

3. Go to x64e/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf

4. Go in Edit Mode

5. Locate vehshare.ytd and open it

6. Drop the image in and save it

 

Thanks for downloading, hopefully I might upload more license plate mods in the future.

Cool mod, and great job on your first! But for future reference, you should include a "ReadMe" for future mods. I think Bugs (Bxbugs123) is the only one who can get away with not having a ReadMe lol. Anyways good luck to you in the future!!!

My file's do have a readme type file but instead of it named readme it's (MIF) Modification Information File.
