It meant to substitute the highway cop.

Similar to the pic below.

I recommend using the new bmw bike mod or if you want stick with the vanilla harley davidson.

Known bugs:
1) the badge doesn't show up properly, you can see a star shadow behind it. If someone knows how to remove it message me and I will do it. Ingame it looks fine during gameplay.
2) the symbol under the los angeles traffic decal on the arms (the one with the arrow): one of them is correctly pointing forwards, the other one backwards. I think there's no way to fix this.

On the arm that the badge is displaying backwards, all you have to do is mirror it the other way on the texture file and it will appear correct
