This will be the first, and short hand release of Repeat Offender series - while I do plan to add more callouts to it, and polish the first one (possible vehicle breaking and entering), I decided since I'm low on time to let everyone have a go at it.  It currently ONLY SPAWNS in the city area, more so in the Davis/Hood area in the southern side of the city.  

 

What to expect : 

Real police work.  In short.  You'll have to pay close attention to the suspect (if you find him) and go from there.  Pressing F5 will GIVE YOU OPTIONS.  Sometimes the subject of the call did nothing wrong.

 

What can happen?  I'll talk about a few out comes because there are literally over 200 different things...

  • Subject runs on sight of police
  • Subject is innocent and hasn't done anything wrong
  • Subject attempts to attack player (sometimes a fatal attack, sometimes not)
  • Subject attempts to drop drugs or stolen items without the player seeing (back track your footchases before calling 10-8!) THESE ITEMS ARE SMALL, YOU'RE THE POLICE, GET YOUR FLASH LIGHT OUT AND GO FIND IT!  Heroin bags, illegal prescriptions, crack pipes, small stolen wallets, he will try to ditch things (SOMETIMES, NOT ALWAYS) Keep that in mind... collected evidence YIELDS POINTS!

Sometimes you cannot take any legal action against the person if you didn't see anything.  When you 10-8 from the call, you'll get a brief of how well you've done.  You can arrest (detain the person) if you wish, however, if you decide not to charge them, releasing them will not count as a negative arrest.  

Callouts are entirely way to straight forward so far, lets change that.

 

Future improve plans :

Implement a proper points system with Albo (and storing / protecting points)

Improve calling the registered owner mechanics / handling

Add ability to request K9 if subject dropped items / might have dropped items while fleeing

Improve brief screen on arrest (brain storming ideas still.)

Whatever else the community says that makes practical / logical police work sense to add into the callout.  I already have additional callouts PLANNED however.

 

 

What's New in Version 1.17

Released

Added ability to set Menu Key in the INI (had a few free minutes)

Decided to increase the buffer zone slightly for callout (will trigger more) MOSTLY HAPPENS IN DAVIS/CHAMBERLAINHILLS AREA, However, can spawn in Vespucci, Pillbox, and Downtown.

0.36 and 0.37 compatible? And can we get an option in the .ini to change the hotkey? F5 is no bueno for me. :)

    You need to be in the callout for it to work, I believe.

    ie where f 5 is used ok all clear, is the version with 38 rph?

    lol well the only other 2 mods I use that had F5 were Law Enforcement Jurisdiction Script and Traffic Policer... There might of been 1 more.. Anyways Traffic Policer I just added

    and Law Enforcement Jurisdiction Script I just changed the key to F9 which I don't use for anything.. I think I had 1 more and as soon as I can find it I'll let you know..

    ... The reason why I polish things before releasing them.  Already kicking myself for NOT holding onto this until the INI is complete (which could be a few weeks since I literally DONT have free time) ...

     

    Enjoy it for what its worth, its a first release - and it even states RPH 37.  I don't know whats changed from 38 to 37... so if you are using 38, thats on you and unsupported until I find the time to update it... if it needs it.

    If you have this mod in the 'Plugins' folder that is why it wont work for you, it needs to be installed just like any other callout.. Plugins > LSPDFR - once you accept the callout you will have the option to use the "F5" menu.

    have now done everything new but F5 is not no repeat mod goes on

    and traffic policer changed to f9 ..sonst I use a mod where f5 must be used

    As I mentioned, you need to accept the callout from this mod before you can use "F5" - did you do that?

    1. Get the callout "Vehicle Related Burglary" like any other callout
    2. Respond to the location
    3. Use F5 to open the interaction menu

    Wow, from what I see you have ALL>EVERYTHING>THE Whole kitten..well you get the point..in one folder. I don't see how LSPDFR is working for you at all. Put these in the folder as follows:

    Plugin folder ...LSPD First Response.dll & LSPD First Reponse.pdb, LMS.Common.dll, Spotlight.dll, SpotlightConfig.ini, Ped Search (both files), Vehicle search (both files), Cop Holster (both files), Emergency Strobes (both files), Foot Pursuit (both files), DashCamV

    Now put these files in the LSPDFR folder thats INSIDE of the plugins folder.

    LSPDFR folder ...  Traffic Policer (both files), Wilderness (both files), Police Radio (both files), Law callouts (both files), Secondary Callouts (both files), Repeat Offender (both files), High Priority.dll, PursuitOnTheFly (all three files), NewHeliPursuit (both Files), Safe Chaser (both files), CustomBackup (ini,dll, custombackp folder) note *The Autox3 files (all three) and the RageNative.dll goes inyour MAIN GTAV DIRECTORY*

    Follow these instruction and see if your game will work. Also make sure you have RAGEHOOK .37 or above.

    Try this and see what happens....
