LSPD Skin for Pursuit Chevrolet Corvette 1.0.0

(0 reviews)

3 Screenshots

After downloading the Pursuit Chevrolet Corvette by BlizzardZX10R, I was saddened to find that there was no LSPD skin, therefore I decided to go ahead and make one for the Community. I ended up making the Corvette a standard black-and-white police car albeit with a white racing stripe. The Corvette itself is labeled ( as seen in the photo of the rear) as part of the LSPD's Pursuit Division for high speed chases. This skin took me roughly 6 hours to do, as this is my first skin I've ever made.

To install:

1.OpenIV

2. Go to: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\ Once there find the Police.ytd file and overwrite one of the liveries with the one provided in the folder. (I used livery one to overwrite)

3. Hit save

4. Click Rage plugin hook launcher

5. Load LSPDFR

6. Get in a High-speed Pursuit in downtown Los Santos.

I'm thinking "911" and "PURSUIT DIVISION" would look a lot cooler if they were in a font like Euro Technic or Bolts SF.

Well, I am working on another version of it, and I'll be sure to look at those fonts.

Looks good man, with the stripe on the back i would just center it a little better.

I thought it looked un-centered too, but when I looked closely and angled the camera, it looks slightly off because of the 90 degree angle design.

I was just going to reply with this... the black and white livery is awesome, good job, but when you add the stripe in there for no reason, it makes it look bad... but then again I can always remove it and then enjoy by myself.. so nice job on it...

I would also remove "Pursuit Edition" or atleast change the font.

I actually ended up making my own LAPD version.

nice @bizzlezx10r I think I am going to finish my livery and add it in my police DLC I'm making, but maybe I'll hold off on it until police DLC #2 is in  progress

I went ahead and re-did the fonts on the back and changed it from pursuit edition to speed enforcement. Also removed the white stripe. I've seen one department that had corvette with a stripe, figured I'd try to recreate that but in hindsight it has a more of an old school NFS look and that's not what I was looking to do. I will upload the new version later this week.
