Sometimes when you put the textures in OpenIV the "MipMaps" dont change so quail of the texture from a distance will be terrible, to fix this make sure the mipmaps are 8 DO NOT ASK FOR HELP BEFORE TRYING THIS!

Nice but 911 is too high (look at the picture) and i'm not sure about Charger using stickers at back of the car.

Sorry just saw this :/ ill fix it and I havent seen anything that says there arnt stickers but then again I havent seen anything that says there are. In the end though there just stickers and imo doesnt take away from the realism.
