This is retextured skin of taipei city fire department ambulance i made. 

 

Installation : 

 

1. go to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday16 using OpenIV

2. drag and drop all car files from original mod

3. after that open ambulance.ytd and ambulance+hi.ytd and drop all from "textures" folder inside 

4. Done !

 

(knowning issues : beacons still glow blue even after changing the textures to red, I think the problem is with the car's meta files, so you can use the ELS file from any other car with red lights if this matter for you)
