[Reskin] 2018 Audi A6 Avant - Dutch Police 1.0.1

Reskin of the well known Audi A6 Avant used by the Dutch police.

Since allot of server have been using this Audi A6 made by Ministerie van Mods, I decided to find the template for the vehicle
and make a completely new skin for it as the other ones had some faults in them that were a bit cringey (Not that this one is perfect)

Whats done to this? : 
- Headlights are allot clearer/sharper now.
- Rearlights made a little darker for the more sinister look
- Retextured the blue lights, orange lights and front matrix sign.
- Redone window textures, this to make it easier for the user to put banners on the rear window (Instagram stickers and stuff, dont ask me why this is a thing)
