LSPD charger skin 1.2.0

Hi, With my livery growing by the day I want to bring yet another wave of changes. This is a small amount of change but the next update will make up for it 🙂

INSTALL:
-Open your downloaded livery folder. you will see chgr_sign_1.png
-open OpenIV and turn on edit mode
- Navigate to Mods/Update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday28ng (or latest patch day )/dlc.rpf/ x64/ levels/ gta5/vehicles.rpf/POLICE4.ytd
- Drag chgr_sign_1.png into open IV and click save
- YOU ARE DONE!!!!!!

-Refined the blue line
-Added a new badge ( still working on the quality )

-Added an American Flag on the trunk  ( thought it looked cool )

What's next?

- I still want to work on the badge as mentioned above, I like the look of the badge just need to figure out how to make it better quality.
-Add bumper stickers to the back (still attempting this.) for some reason the template is not lined up with the car 100% so it makes it hard to add bumper stickers but I will figure it out
-Make a sherriff livery. THATS Right... stay tuned 😉
