You can't unless the original dev reuploads it somewhere, while I do possess the files still I can't give them out or it would be considered leaking

    His already has a LAPD livery. No need for this one? But LAPDCode3 uses an edit of BlueGhost's, maybe these liveries used Kane's.

    Do you have any idea or any new website where they post the files after the gtapolicemods shutdown? i am still searching for the LAPD slicktop 2020 explorer. I tried WayBackMachine but it didn't work

    Nope, to my knowledge he never reuploaded it anywhere, I don't even know if he's still around in the community.
