This skin is based off of The Randolph County Sheriff's Office Dodge Charger in North Carolina. I have already made a mini pack for Randolph County Sheriff's Office one time before but since then they have switched to using another vehicle design so I decided to make another livery for their charger (the vehicle they use the most).

-------------Intallation---------------

Step 1:Download this file

Step 2:Open your open IV and go to OpenIV/GTA V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday22ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5 and then select the vehicle file you would like to install it to

Step 3:Double click and open the ytd file of the vehicle you want to install it to and then if you would like to add the texture then name it the next number up from what is already inside of the ytd for EX:chrg_sign_1 you would name the texture from this file chrg_sign_2 so just change the number and then once you have done that then just drag and drop the texture from this file into the ytd and save and exit(btw do not worry if it says that OpenIV has stopped responding it will still upload)
